cantilevered bench by stokke austad

this is the cantilevered bench, by stokke austad, which was shown at an exhibition called norwegian prototypes during the london design festival last month.

i think it’s been a while since i posted up some furniture, now i think about it, and i think this is more than worthy. what i like about this is the combination of wood, concrete and metal. the yellow really pops out. it must weigh a lot though!
